IDF TROOPS APPREHEND TERRORISTS AMONG EVACUATING CIVILIANS

IDF troops have continued their operational endeavors in western Khan Yunis, Zaytun, and the central Gaza Strip. During recent efforts to evacuate civilians from combat zones, the troops successfully identified and apprehended terrorists attempting to blend in with the evacuating population. In addition to this significant development, other operations in the region resulted in the neutralization of several terrorists and the discovery of weapons caches.

ONGOING OPERATIONAL SUCCESS IN GAZA STRIP

IDF forces persist in conducting targeted raids on terrorist strongholds within the Gaza Strip. Notably, during a recent operation by the Givati Brigade, a cache of weapons, including a sniper rifle, an AK-47, grenades, and ammunition, was uncovered. Moreover, an identified terrorist cell utilizing a drone was swiftly neutralized by an aerial unit.

EFFECTIVE COUNTER-TERRORISM MEASURES

In continued efforts, IDF personnel have encountered and eliminated terrorist threats in the central Gaza Strip, particularly in Zaytun. These operations resulted in the elimination of terrorists, the confiscation of weapons, and the dismantling of launch sites. Additionally, an aerial assault targeted and eliminated a terrorist cell utilizing drones in the Shati area.

IAF STRIKES AGAINST HAMAS’ AERIAL THREATS

Throughout the Gaza Strip, the IAF conducted multiple strikes against Hamas’ aerial unit in the past day. These strikes targeted rocket launch sites aimed at Israeli territory, further reinforcing the IDF’s commitment to countering terrorist threats.
